The UFC Corporate Headquarters is designed to support the worldwide sports organization in growing its media operations and further developing a strong corporate culture. Collaborative work is a key focus throughout the office environments, which include an employee café and central outdoor courtyard. Work environments are defined by openness, natural daylight and vibrant interior design features at collaborative meeting locations. Significant programmatic areas of the building are defined by standout architectural features, while materials and forms throughout the project reflect the organization’s ethos of toughness and bold thinking. Among the special features is a showpiece meeting room whose mirror-clad volume is nested in the glass facade of a two-story main lobby which showcases UFC media and imagery. The design team immersed itself in the UFC’s purpose, brand, and operations to produce a facility design that deeply reflects the function and identity of the UFC.
