The project consisted of the documentation and construction administration for a high-end steakhouse restaurant, with our firm serving as the Architect of Record. The scope included technical development, code compliance, and coordination of luxury finishes throughout multiple dining environments. The restaurant featured a full-service kitchen designed to support world class meat preparation, a complete bar, a dedicated wine cellar, and an outdoor patio. Our team coordinated closely with consultants and the owner to ensure all regulatory, life-safety, and operational requirements were met while delivering a refined dining experience.
