The project involved the renovation of approximately 56,000 square feet across the first and second floors of the Plaza 10 building to accommodate Penta’s consolidated corporate staff. The design implemented kga’s previously developed conceptual interior design and space plan, translating it into a cohesive and functional workplace environment. The remodeled space introduced a clear organizational layout that supports collaboration, efficient workflow, and a variety of work settings for employees. A revised exterior entry, including a canopy and integrated corporate branding, was incorporated at one of the existing entrances to create a distinct identity for the ‘All 5’ portion of the building on the first floor. The resulting workplace establishes a professional and cohesive environment that strengthens the company’s presence while supporting day-to-day operations.
