A response to an open-ended design competition, the LINQ Suite Concept sets forth the design team’s vision of what high-end suites on the top floor of the Las Vegas property could be. Centered around a circular, sunken living room space, the design focused on playing host to social occasions, with a dining and bar area also featured prominently. The main space flows to an outdoor view deck through sliding glass doors and opens to the large king bedroom through operable frosted glass panels for a further feeling of spaciousness. A luxurious bathroom tops off the elegant collection of spaces within the suite. The design concept also prescribed a trio of shared social spaces on the hotel’s top floor, including a cigar bar, champagne lounge and poker room, designed to augment the suite floor’s status as a Las Vegas hospitality destination unto itself.
