The Las Vegas Paving Corporate Office brings all employees together in one workplace, combining several office locations into a space that embodies the company’s brand and fosters collaboration. The renovation redefined the building’s irregular form by reshaping the opening to the second floor and introducing a continuous oval geometry. This form is further carried through by the architectural elements of the stairs and a custom light fixture, creating a strong focal point at the center of the building. The updated design uses a modern industrial style, with new finishes and glass partitions that let in more daylight. The design celebrates the company’s strong connection to the valley through a focal metal map wall in the lobby, highlighting completed projects, complemented by largescale project imagery displayed throughout public areas. Amenities and meeting spaces are strategically located across both floors to promote collaboration, while natural materials, such as wood tones and layered greenery, create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The project brought together employees from multiple office locations into a single, unified workplace designed to support collaboration and connectivity.
