The three-story, 70,000 sq.ft. Las Vegas Medical Office Building is designed to support a surgery center tenant on the first floor, with medical or office tenants on the floors above. A skin of tilt-up concrete is detailed with vertical reveals and recesses and augmented visually with stainless steel accents and canopies marking entries and special features. A metal-clad feature wall reaches out visually to the adjacent freeway to mark the building’s location, while balconies integrated into the design feature enhance the adjacent office suites.
