The Lakeway Medical Office Building Tenant Improvement project designed for two different clients with similar medical requirements. The Hill County OB/GYN Suite and the Central Texas Surgical Associates interior spaces required finishes that were not only durable and cohesive to patient safety, but they each reflect the individual identity of the specific tenant. In both cases, the design solution optimized staff efficiency provides useful physician work areas with the primary focus on patient care.
