Third-Party Plan Review Fee Calculator
For any construction documents being submitted to kga as an authorized third-party plan review for NVHA, please use the following fee schedule, which is based on the estimated construction cost or actual construction bid accepted:
1.
Actual cost of construction (Estimate at current fair market value) or Contractor’s bid) is $500,000.00 or below: $634.00 fee for the first $100,000.00, plus $3.25 for each additional $1,000.00 or fraction thereof the construction cost or bid.
2.
Actual cost of construction (Estimate at current fair market value) or Contractor’s bid) is $500,001.00 to $1,000,000.00: $1,931.00 fee for the first $500,000.00 plus $2.85 for each additional $1,000.00 or fraction thereof the construction cost or bid.
3.
Actual cost of construction (Estimate at current fair market value) or Contractor’s bid) is $1,000,001.00 and above: $3,338.00 fee for the first $1,000,000.00 plus $1.85 for each additional $1,000.00 or fraction thereof the construction cost or bid.
4.
If a fourth comment letter (or beyond) is required for any given project, a fee will be charged at an hourly rate of $220.00 per hour or fraction thereof until the project receives a plan review acceptance letter.
Revisions
Any subsequent construction document revisions after an acceptance letter has been issued which require plan review will be review on an hourly basis, at the rate of $220.00 per hour.
