A double suite tenant improvement on the first floor of the Desert Professional Center in southwest Las Vegas provided much-needed space for DOC’s pain management practice. The picturesque views of the surrounding mountains and ample daylighting help patients during their post-procedure stay. One side of the facility houses a new clinic environment while the other side houses an outpatient surgery center, currently seeking State licensure, where the physicians will perform pain management procedures. The two sides of the suite are connected through shared staff spaces, so each suite can function both independently and in support of the other. Both suites feature coordinating interior finish palettes with calming colors and warm tones to lend a spa-like feel to the spaces.
