The double-suite Ambulatory Surgery Center tenant improvement is located on the second floor of the Queensridge Medical Office Building. The Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine Outpatient Ambulatory Surgery Center will include four Orthopaedic operating rooms, a surgery waiting room, pre- and post-operative care stations, nurse stations, a medication room, offices, a reception area, a staff break room, and other associated support spaces. The Recovery Center, located on the third floor, includes ten Recovery rooms, a football-themed workout area, a cardio rehab gym, staff work and break spaces, and other associated support spaces.
