The project involves the comprehensive renovation of an existing tenant space in The Venetian Resort, transforming it into the highly anticipated North American outpost of a Michelin-starred Korean steakhouse COTE. As Architect of Record, our scope encompasses a full interior demolition followed by a complete architectural renovation designed to accommodate the rigorous infrastructure demands of a world-class dining establishment, including heavy-duty kitchen equipment, dedicated ventilation systems, and tableside cooking provisions throughout the dining floor.
