The project sits on approximately 18acres within the larger master-planned development of Area15, a vision we supported through earlier planning efforts. Our role centered on providing comprehensive architectural coordination and ensuring that all design disciplines, consultants, and technical requirements were fully aligned with the owner’s goals. We were responsible for translating the design intent into a fully coordinated, build-able set of documents and guiding the project through execution. District 2 introduces a new Immersive Entertainment Retail Center that expands upon the owner’s established immersive entertainment experience. The work was delivered in two phases, both advanced concurrently, requiring a high level of coordination across consultants, contractors, and stakeholder groups. Our team ensured that all deliverables—across both phases—were technically consistent, code-compliant, and seamlessly integrated into the overall site strategy. Through this role, we supported the owner in realizing a complex, multi-phase entertainment environment that aligns with the long term vision for the district and enhances the experiential character of Area15’s campus.
