1700 Pavilion Parking Garage is located across the street from the bustling Downtown Summerlin, adjacent to the Las Vegas Ballpark, and on the same site as the 1700 Pavilion Class A Office Building. The garage is nestled into the site to take advantage of the grades sloping west to east. The parking garage features 7 parking levels with 1,113 parking spaces, including 19 electric vehicle charging spaces. There are three access points to the parking garage on multiple levels. The parking garage is also an art piece, which reflects the colors of the nearby Red Rock Canyon and Summerlin’s active outdoor lifestyle. The Howard Hughes Corporation selected local artist, Bonnie Kelso, for the mural.
